Old and new?

I have been busy the past month getting our new gallery together and also getting ready for our Open Studio event . While cleaning out our storage room, I came across these pen and ink drawings that I did a while ago, so I thought I would mat them up and put them in my bin.

I also found an oil pastel that I had started as a demo, not sure where, but thought I would finish it and put it in my bin. I still have a little more tweaking to do on it, but it is almost finished.

  1. This is just lovely - the girl, the water, everything - and your ink drawings are great! Ink is challenging, I think, but you've done a wonderful job.

  5. Pat, the pen and ink drawings are excellent and the fisher girl in pink is precious. There is no mistaking the focal point since she nearly pops off the painting.
