Our opening was very nice despite the weather. We had a nice group come and it was small enough that you could talk to everyone. The weather did get better as the afternoon progressed.
Finally, got back to the studio to do some art work and finished another small oil pastel and another in the works. These scallions were from Marie's garden, wintered over.
My goodness--this is awesome!
ReplyDeletebeautiful, what I like in your paintings is that they look like oil not pastel.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Amy. Enjoyed looking at your blogs.
ReplyDeleteLove these also and I don't see your signature on the painting and what is the best pen to use to sign your name? I have some oil based poster paint pens I bet would work.
ReplyDeleteThey are all signed now and framed. Still have more in the works.
ReplyDeleteI use a very sharp oil pencil.
