The Finish

Okay, I think this is finished now, at least I'm going to work on it anymore. I really enjoyed finishing it up and am now on to more boats.

I worked on this some more and think it is just about finished except for the feathers on his back.

Flamingo - WIP

I started working on this guy again and will probably finish next week. When I went through my folder of unfished work I saw other pieces I need to finish up....This is done on dark green colorfix paper about 20" x 20" with oil pastel.
Need to work on the feathers now.

Well I think I have finished this and will let it sit now. May need some tweaks, but I'll look at it awhile.

Now I am going to finish up some other work that has been sitting around, starting with this one.

Well I worked over this and finally scraped out the sand shadow, just not right. I added a pail and scraped out the shovel. It was a good scraping day yesterday. I think I know where I am going now and will fix it up on Monday. We had some more winter the past few days, but just a tease. The sun is now shining and let's get back to spring. We had robins in our yard just before the snow and red wings.
